1. Schedule your Flu Vaccine

2. Upload Documentation in Workday
- Once you receive the vaccine, you must upload documentation in Workday. Find step-by-step instructions here.
Your employee Workday account will be updated if you receive a vaccine through WashU’s Occupational Health. To view your vaccine record or obtain a printed copy, login to Workday.
